You know how you are always learning and therefore growing so essentially you’re in a continuous cycle of healing stuff whether you’re aware or not. By healing, us spiritual peeps (Me) mean “resolving old sh*t”. Those stories you told yourself as a child, adolescent, young adult, adult. Those stories about yourself that you concocted and believed…yes dolls…the ones where you’re the victim, martyr, forgotten, rejected, unworthy, powerless, ugly human that your underdeveloped mind chose to be. THOSE stories are all bullsh*t.
We all believe things about ourselves. Whether they’re “true” or “untrue” – it’s really only up to us to decide what we believe. Someone can tell you how untrue something is about you and you need to get there yourself before you believe it. Here’s what I want you to know: You are worthy. You are beautiful. You are loved. You are powerful. You are talented. You are smart. You are limitless. You are abundant. You are amazing. You are one-of-a-kind. You are unforgettable. You are irresistible. You are a force like no other.
Any story that says otherwise is untrue. Any story you keep reinforcing in your mind that tells you different is false. You were created abundantly and that means you lack nothing. Not a single thing you crave out there doesn’t already exist within you. That’s right! That’s why we say “You need to believe it to see it”. Because that’s all this game of life is – a giant cycle of learning about yourself to heal and grow and recognize that you were already whole and it was just your THOUGHTS about yourself that made you feel, see and experience anything different.
