Fridays Affirmation

There’s no reason to worry. That’s easier said than done right? But really…there’s NO reason to worry. What you think is a problem, isn’t. What you think you need to panic about, you don’t. What feels uncomfortable or uncertain is feeling that way because you are leaning into fear rather than love. It’s annoying hearing that, isn’t it? It’s so much easier to go towards fear than love. But when you find yourself in a situation where you aren’t sure what to do or how to get your desired outcome…you mustn’t worry.

You’re not supposed to know how to get it. When you don’t know what to do, you do nothing. That’s my go-to mantra that I share with all my clients. Because often when you literally don’t know what to do it’s because God is working it out for you. It’s because you’re supposed to be trusting and not doubting. It’s because you are supposed to surrender and not panic. It’s because you’re supposed to relax and allow it to unfold in the best way possible.

So stop worrying. Stop panicking. Stop trying to figure it out. Just stop. Sit down and relax. You don’t need to do this alone. Repeat after me: “I am unsure on what I need to do here. I am unsure on where to go from here. I am stuck. I need help, guidance, support, love. I need you to make a way out of no way and I need it now. Universe, show me what you got!” Then go do something else. Take a bath, read a book, hang out with some friends and keep busy. Let God be God and work his wondrous ways. Allow the miracles to unfold when you step out of the way. Today’s Daily Affirmation is:

I step aside so the miracles can flow my way!
