Mondays Affirmation

Today I want to provide you with my own musings from my morning meditation and journaling. Usually I write these affirmations while being guided in that very moment that I sit down to write. However today I feel strongly guided to share this message straight from my personal journal right now with you so here we go: Release yourself fully from the delusions of the world. Don’t burden yourself with anyone or anything other than divine guidance and truth. Don’t wrap yourself up in the mindless thoughts, fears or lies. Operate as spirit and focus only on what spirit sees.

Place NO value on any fearful thoughts, mad ideas or judgments. Set yourself free from feeling not good enough, not whole enough, not pretty enough, not funny enough, not available enough, not able to have all that you desire. Let go of your judgments and limits from old fears that were never true to begin with. You are enough. You are whole. You are fulfilling. You are strong enough, wise enough, talented enough, smart enough and pretty enough.

Without anyone telling you, reminding you, reassuring you, labeling you – YOU ARE ENOUGH. No matter what you do, what you say, how you look, speak, act, joke, laugh – you are whole just as you are. There is nothing you need to go find to fulfill you. No matter what you have, where you are, who you’re with, what you do…you will always be enough. So release that tiny mad idea that you aren’t worthy or good enough because you have always had everything you needed and then some – it was only your perception that deluded the image. Today’s Daily Affirmation is:

I am enough.
