Step away from what you’ve been worrying about. Sometimes we are so flustered, so confused and so annoyed we begin to overanalyze situations that aren’t as complicated as we’re making them. Rather than sit and dwell and try to figure it all out – remove yourself from it…even if just for a few hours.

You’d be amazed at what the Universe delivers to you when you stop consuming yourself with the thought that you need to figure everything out (and figure it all out right now). You don’t – you know why? Because your primary focus should just be on how you feel. Focus on how you feel. If it doesn’t feel good, move away from it – again often you just need to do this temporarily to lighten the load you’ve chosen to place on your own back.

I’ve spoken of simplifying your life before – and essentially this is what it comes down to. When you feel like everything is weighing heavy on your heart all of a sudden and you don’t know why. When you feel like you’re in a rush to fix it and figure it all out and don’t know what the actual hurry is. When you feel like you’ve just taken 10 steps backwards when a day ago you felt like you were full steam ahead – simplify. Just step away from the issue. Remove yourself from the problem for a little bit. Go make yourself feel good – you can always return to it later. But I promise you, when you just focus on the feeling good part – the Universe helps you get clear and remove the clutter. When you just make the “feeling” the priority, the rest of the details suddenly work themselves out. They no longer remain your problem to resolve because they just get taken care of all because you aligned yourself vibrationally with how you want to feel. Yes…it really is THAT simple.
