There are just going to be days when we struggle. Be it mentally, physically or emotionally. Sometimes it’s something really serious and other times we just can’t seem to get out of our own way. Whichever it may be there is a solution to overcoming the struggle and keeping a healthy mindset. Find what you are grateful for.
Make a list of everything that you’re grateful for today. Don’t write down what’s bothering you, hurting you, upsetting you. Simply write down the blessings surrounding you. I promise you when you start observing all the good that has come your way it’ll not only outweigh the bad, it’ll make the bad seem so much more insignificant that you’ll wonder why you wasted so many minutes dwelling over it.
