When you think the worst, you block your perception from seeing the best. You also put out a negative energy and will draw in other negative factors, circumstances and people. The saying goes that when you look for something, you will find it. So if you’re looking for something to be wrong, you are putting that energy out there, manifesting it into reality. This is a difficult one to overcome at times, as I struggle personally with this as well. The trick is to instantly stop yourself and look for the good. Gratitude is an amazing way to prevent yourself from manifesting negativity into your life. Flip that feeling and reverse it with something you’re grateful for.
