Be patient with yourself. You are constantly learning, healing and growing. It takes time. You need to be gentle and loving and allow things to surface and float away. We are all so hard on ourselves when we get upset or angry or frustrated. I know I can be super hard on myself when I feel like I made a “mistake”. But all that turns into is self-punishment – whether you simply hold it in your mind that you messed up or you carry that grievance in your heart.

The point is that these grievances block us from truth. They keep us separate. We often think nothing of them. It feels like a natural reaction to freak out sometimes when something goes wrong or panic when you aren’t sure what to do. But our truth is peace. I’ve learned over the years that when I feel…literally FEEL my body tense up, get anxious and heavy – I know I’m thinking something that isn’t aligned with truth. I know I’m dwelling in a place I don’t want to be simply for the fact that it doesn’t make me feel good.

And that’s really the goal here dolls. Feeling good is your only function. Happiness is your function. Peace is your function. If it doesn’t feel good, don’t think it. If it doesn’t make you happy, don’t do it. If you can operate off of this simple concept then you can live a simple unaffected humanity that is full of unlimited bliss and happiness! Today’s Daily Affirmation is:

Feeling good is my only function.
