Wednesdays Affirmation

Sometimes all you can do is trust. But sometimes trust is the hardest thing to do. Let me ask you this…have you ever ridden in a cab? You trusted a person you’ve never met to take you across town; to get you there safely but swiftly. Have you ever flown on an airplane? Put money in the bank? Gone to a doctor? Had surgery?

In all these instances you’ve trusted. So why is it so easy to trust THESE things that we don’t necessarily see, know or understand but we struggle so much trusting in this Universal God of ours? It’s interesting to think you hesitate releasing your plan and what you think should happen over to a much higher power – a Universal force that has the power to create a life, change the seasons, shower us with blessings, speak to us through the rain, wind or even the ocean waves. A power that is so limitless it stretches throughout the entire universe connecting each and every one of us. A loving Source that always provides us exactly what we need, exactly WHEN we need it.

I don’t know about you but if you’re trusting in anything less than THAT you are simply limiting yourself. Trusting the Universe to deliver what you ask for is the same thing as all those everyday examples above. The only difference is you don’t have to pay a dime for what it’s going to deliver you. It’s giving it to you simply because you asked for it and you’re worthy and deserving! All you need to be is open, willing and ready for what you want when it arrives. You’re always receiving what you ask for…just in a MUCH better way than you ever dreamed. Today’s Daily Affirmation is:

I am trusting that I am receiving everything I asked for.
