Wisdom Wednesday: Control Your “Mind Chatter”
Pay attention to your “mind chatter” as I like to call it. That is those thoughts that go on during your down time. These are powerful thoughts – and they manifest. Especially the things we think about most. If you’re fearing something and can’t get your mind off of it, you’re going to bring it into existence. The same works if you’re excited for something and you’re backing those thoughts with positive energy – good things will come of that.
