None of us are perfect. There are a lot of us that strive for perfection and it’s usually the ones that do, that fall time and time again because though we all realize no one can be perfect, there’s something in a “perfectionist’s” brain that makes them think they can still achieve it.

Some people are just always going to keep trying to reach their own form of perfection, and that’s totally okay! The important thing here is that whether you’re a perfectionist or not, never focus on how many times you fall. The greatest thing you can do for yourself is to continually pick yourself back up (no matter how many times you fall) and keep going. Today’s #WisdomWednesday message is by Nelson Mandela and a great reminder to just keep going…no matter what!

“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but rising every time we fall.” – Nelson Mandela from Mandela: The Authorized Biography, 2000
