We are only living out our perception of what reality is. When we change how we view something, the thing changes. Altering how you view someone who consistently argues with you no matter what you do, might make you realize that the arguments have nothing to do with you at all. Perceiving someone in a different light who appears to copy your every move will help you understand that it’s merely their own insecurities they are acting out. Change how you look at yourself and those feelings of lack, misconception and loneliness will fade away. Life is a mind game. Human nature is to react first, think later. Once we’re mindful, we learn to think first, understand our perception then act. Today’s Daily Affirmation:
