Your thoughts are powerful weapons. They can manifest abundance and yet they can also bring to life fears. Once I learned this, I wondered why this wasn’t a part of any school’s curriculum. If we could learn how powerful our thoughts actually are, we can practice steering them in the right direction from a young age. Unfortunately though a lot of us don’t learn this until later in life.
Once you do however, it’s priceless information. You can control your emotions, simply by controlling your thoughts. You can control your actions with your thoughts. Most importantly, you can decide what you bring into your life and what you don’t, simply by keeping your thoughts in check. Today’s #foodforthought is a quote that I believe says it all by Andrew Carnegie:
“I am no longer cursed by poverty because I took possession of my own mind, and that mind has yielded me every material thing I want, and much more than I need. But this power of mind is a universal one, available to the humblest person as it is to the greatest.”
