Your desires…you deserve them. They belong to you – that’s why your heart speaks them so loud! Don’t ignore them or sweep them under the rug. Don’t throw them out with yesterday’s trash because someone told you that you weren’t good enough to have it or be it. No darling…they’re already yours, you just need to realize it.

That’s the kicker though, realizing you are worthy of them. Realizing you deserve them. Recognizing your value and your worth. It’s something we all think comes easy or we rattle off our tongue but truthfully it can be a battle and so all I want to leave you with today is the message that you don’t ever need to doubt yourself. You don’t ever need to question what you want or desire because it’s in your heart for a reason. You are worthy of it.
