When we set an intention and turn our attention towards it, magic happens. I practiced this today during my morning meditation. Setting an intention to change my heartbeat and turning my attention towards it and witnessing it change. Then I expanded and set different intentions within my body and turned my attention towards it and watched the magic happen. This is exactly how our thoughts work in “real life”. What we focus on, we manifest. What we turn our attention to and set an intention for – it happens. Today I want you to set this intention as I mentioned on our FB page, “I move through my days light-hearted and carefree knowing all is well.” Now turn your attention inward on your heart as you repeat this mantra in your mind or out loud.
