This morning in church, as always my pastor inspired me. But today was different – I had just given this exact same advice earlier in the week and the same words were coming out of his mouth today. Keep your focus on that which benefits you. Don’t get caught up in the distractions of life. Learn to wait on God because you will mature through waiting on him. Sometimes you need to be strategic to survive. Sometimes it’s strategic to keep quiet, absorb the insults thrown your way and pick the battle that we can win. Don’t take everything personally and don’t be so sensitive. Some things you need to absorb, take in, interpret, translate and create a strategy. Recycle those words and turn them into fuel to win your battle. Today’s Daily Affirmation:
