Labels and judgment all stem from the ego. There is no good or bad, right or wrong, better than or less than. There is only our perception of what is happening in this moment. A lot of folks don’t realize how far this actually extends. This is EVERYTHING – every relationship and every situation in life. 

When we identify something as good or bad we are creating separation. This or that. Them or us. He/she or I. The ego wants separation. Separation is how it exists – it’s how it thrives. Truth is from spirit and spirit knows we are all one – we are all equal and connected. No one is better than or less than. There is no good or bad, there is only what is. What is, exists with peace and love if we choose truth. If we choose separation, we create turbulence in our mind and thus in our life. Do you want to live in simple unaffected existence or do you want chaos and turbulence? The choice is all yours!
