Be honest with yourself and others. Be real with your feelings and address them as they come. Don’t turn away from the way you feel or the way people make you feel. These feelings arise for a reason. They help you grow. But after you embrace them….let them go! It’ll cost you more clinging on to things like this or even trying to hide them.
